- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I can't say enough good things about the personnel at Day's, who are always attentive, no matter how large or small the purchase. Last year, my husband and I purchased new wedding bands which we loved, but after a period of time, my hand reacted to my ring. I brought it in and the ring was cleaned and polished to see if that would help. When that didn't work, Day's took the ring back, and allowed me to purchase another ring, which I am very happy with(and George helped my husband surprise me with a new diamond ring!). Each step of the way, all the personnel were caring, professional and determined to have us be satisfied, customer service you don't always see anymore.By Mary Carrigan, March 06, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Day's has amazing service and fantastic jewelry! My husband and I have been buying all of our jewelry here for years (wedding rings, watches, earrings, etc) and we also get our repairs and watch batteries done at Day's as well. The staff is always exceedingly helpful and very nice. It's a family oriented business so you always get the same manager and staff when you go in.
