- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Several times a mistake appeared on my account forcing me to call in and complain for a resolution. After the fourth time in a month I decided to close my account. I've been in to close this account four times now and it's still open. This bank makes way too many "mistakes" - in the end they're just trying to screw you while hoping you don't notice.
