  Aweful and rude. I called the number on their cheap looking mailing...it looked like junk mail. I had to listen to several recorded advertisements and they wanted me to do a survey. In frustration I hung up and tried again. This time an automated system asked me to enter a reference code and pin number but it didn't undrstand what I entered. On the third try the person I finally got was very rude. She said they are collecting a dept for a house phone that I haven't had in years. I gave that up when I switched to a cell. She then wanted me to confirm my cell phone number and read it off to me from her computer. I've only recently gotten this phone and asked her how she got the number...she refused to tell me and said I'd have to put the request in writing. I told her I didn't want her to call me and it's illegal to call someone when they've asked you not too. She then said I wasn't an attorney(how does she know?) and I had to send them a letter. I told her I haven't had a house phone in years, had no outstanding balances and no phone company has been in touch with me asking for payment. She said she'd request a summary of my account to be sent to me....We'll see. I'm calling my former phone company tomorrow to figure out what's going on. This feels like a scam.
